'Sketch' means an approximate diagram that clearly shows key features such as intercepts, asymptotes, and shape — it does not need to be to scale. 'Draw' means an accurate diagram, correctly scaled.

Common mistake

Producing a rough sketch when the question specifically says 'draw', losing accuracy marks.
